Oncologist Charged with Health Care Fraud
3 April 2009 Dr. Ronald Poulin, age 60, of Virginia Beach, was
charged today by a Norfolk federal grand jury in a forty-five count
indictment with health care fraud, making false statements relating
to health care matters, and alteration of records to obstruct an
investigation. Dana J. Boente, Acting United States Attorney for the
Eastern District of Virginia, made the announcement. -

A physicist in Newport News, Va., was arrested today on charges of
illegally exporting space launch technical data and services to the
People’s Republic of China (PRC) and offering bribes to Chinese
government officials.
